The programs are conducted by highly trained teachers and are not taught merely for physical fitness and strength.

They are a holistic process of naturally achieving mastery over the body and mind, so as to come to a state of health, joy, and bliss.
The programs are an extensive exploration of hatha yoga and revive various dimensions of this ancient science that are largely absent in the world today.

Isha Hatha Yoga encompasses five ancient and powerful practices that transform the body and mind into great possibilities.

  • Upa-yoga is a set of 10 powerful practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, rejuvenating the entire system.

  • Angamardana is a series of 30 processes to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness and mental health.

  • Surya Kriya is a potent 21-step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete wellbeing.

  • Yogasanas are a set of powerful postures to elevate one’s consciousness, stabilize one’s mind, emotions and energy system, and decelerate the aging process.

  • Bhuta Shuddhi is a process of purifying the five elements within the human system leading to harmony and balance.

Isha Hatha Yoga teachers across the world offer programmes which are an extensive exploration of hatha yoga and revive various dimensions of this ancient science that are largely absent in the world today.

Teaching either independently or with Isha Foundation, the Isha Hatha Yoga teachers provide the opportunity to explore Upa-yoga, Angamardana, Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, Yogasanas and Bhuta Shuddhi, among other potent yogic practices.

All Teachers on this platform have been through 1750 hours (21 weeks) of intense Hatha Yoga teachers training program for practices designed by Sadhguru.

• After careful assessment, the trainees that meet the requirements for successful completion of Isha Hatha Yoga training receive certification to teach Isha Hatha Yoga as an independent teacher.

• For certified teachers, a continuing training process is mandatory to maintain their certification on an ongoing basis.

Classes on this website are directly hosted by certified Isha Hatha Yoga teachers.

This platform verifies the authenticity of the teacher’s certification and gives access to multiple teachers to host their independent programs on a single platform across the country.

This platform is not run or managed by Isha foundation.

This platform is privately run by the alumni of Isha Hatha Yoga school who are independently teaching Isha Hatha Yoga accross the country. 

There is no difference in the syllabus and practice that you will learn by an independent teacher’s class or Isha foundation class.

All teachers go through the same standards of training and teaching methodology. Class setting and ambience may vary.

The prices for each program are largely standardized in every city by all Hatha Yoga Teachers.

Prices may vary due to many factors such as hall rent, distance, urban or rural, additional practices may be combined or there could be more reasons. The prices for each practice is set by the individual teacher and the platform has no control over the same.

This website is not responsible for any refunds or cancellations. All class information that is added on the event details are directly added by the program host (Teacher).

All refund and cancellation queries will be directly handled by the teacher whose details will be shared with you via email once you complete the registration.

As this website displays programs all over the country, covid guidelines may vary in each program depending on the state guidelines. Class specific covid guidelines will be included in your booking confirmation email. (if any)
