Yoga Namaskar: A very simple and complete process by itself that nurtures the physical, psychological and energy dimensions of a human being by activating the lumbar region of the spine. Also strengthens lower back muscles and prevents the collapsing of the spine.
Surya Shakti: A dynamic form of the Sun Salutation which is an ancient yogic practice with a powerful sequence of 18 postures to strengthen the ligaments that hold the skeletal and muscular structure together.
Aumkar: Get initiated into the timeless and powerful mantra “Aum“. The mantra activates and energizes the various sections of the body, reverberating through the whole system. Furthermore, it can bring peace and balance to system and is known to relieve people from numerous physical and mental ailments when practiced regularly.
